really nice hotel, and perfectly located for the tube so it was easy to get anywhere on the island

We felt this hotel was too far from all the sights we wanted to see, and was slightly dissapointed by this, apart from that it is a lovely hotel and has nothing else wrong with it.

We were made to feel so welcome. The staff were knowledgeable and told us how to see Hong Kong from bus, train, tram and boat - all from stops close to the hotel. The pool was magnificent - I only wish the weather had been warmer in March. The Restaurants were top class offering food of all descriptions. Food prices were reasonable and the promoted Wine of the Month proved a winner! The bedrooms were comfortable, spotlessly clean and well equipped.

Location and helpfulness of staff. I have given them five ticks for the staff because the concierge really went out of his way to help me with some problems. Everyone else was professional and unobtrusive which I like. The location is on the HK Island, near metro and the main street for very easy access to transportation. It's a large comfortable hotel and not too expensive; at least with the STA booking from Australia.

You get a shock at the enormity of the buildings and their architecture. Good shops, a very busy city. Night markets for those dedicated shopaholics. Well worth a visit.
