Fantastic hotel, lots of facilities, but a bit further from main attractions on Strip than we thought

The room was very comfortable, good size, and clean, luxary compared to the hostels we'd been staying in. It was good location for going to other hotels on the strip. Not the best party atmosphere (better for families) however I'd recommend it if you are looking for a cheap place to stay - it is easier to get to the more lively hotels.
Nice hotel but a bit far out to walk to the other places

The room was nice and clean, comfy beds too. But it is so hot during the day in Vegas that you couldn't walk comfortably to the rest of the strip and a taxi to, say, Planet Hollywood cost about $17. The hotel is quite dated and we thought we'd be able to use the theme park facilities at the hotel for free but you do actually have to pay if you want to go on the rollercoasters and things. There is also a $2 charge as soon as you check in for the phone in your room, we didn't even want to use the phone which we explained but you still have to pay it anyway! I know $2 isn't an awful lot but it just seemed a little strange to pay for something we wouldn't use and wouldn't get back!
It was a nice hotel, though I personally wouldn't stay there again because of the location mainly.

Hotel is located on the strip, towards one end. Unlike a lot of the hotels it does not have a nightclub or bar. Would really recommend for families as they seemed to comprise the majority of the cliental.

The hotel was huge, and you were able to catch a bus right out the front of it...it is down the opposite end of the strip compared to all the other main features but it is a pleasant walk and it felt safe walking back and forth at any time during the day or night. The place was huge and it was a bit annoying being in the tower at the back, if I were to stay there again I'd insist on being in the front tower! Overall it was really cheap for what you get!
