•Aged between 18 and 30

•Tertiary education (NQF level five and above) in the fields of hotel management, culinary arts or food & beverage or recreation OR a combination of one year work experience plus minimum NQF level five diploma/degree in the fields of hotel management, culinary arts or food & beverage

•In at least your first year of study

•You must have graduated from secondary school (matric or grade 12)

•Interest in a training programme that will enhance your academic and career interests

•Fluent spoken and written English

•Funds to travel

•South African passport holder
